Thanks. I took the head and fractured it with the Fracture Voronoi script. Made a rigid body collection with reactor and right as it fell on the plane I stopped it, deleted the plane and exported.

Oh, I forgot to mention.. if you're using the Fracture Voronoi maxscript, you might wanna check this one out too. VoroFrag. It's kinda like Fracture, except it works as a modifier, so there's a little more flexibility for certain projects.
